How do we ship our tools to you for sharpening?

How is Shipping Calculated?
Shipping is flat rate calculated making it easy for you, if you order more than $125 then we will cover the shipping.
Do we get Volume Discounts?
Yes, Shipping is free on any orders over $125 (some restrictions may apply). Orders under $125 have a $9.95 shipping charge. First time customers will receive a 10% discount on an order over $50.
Is There a customer referral program?
Our “Sure Sharp Bucks” referral discount is equal to 5% of the net order on any referral’s order. Please contact us for details.
How many blades can I Send at one time?
There is no limit to the number of blades a customer can send to Sure Sharp Blades.
How long will it take to get my blades back?
Sure Sharp Blades will ship your blades back to you within 48 hours of receiving them at the shop. Actual receipt by the customer will vary depending on type of shipping and your location in the continental United States.
How will I know that the blades have been shipped?
You will receive notification via e-mail to the address given during checkout or by phone if it was a phone order when the blades have been shipped.
Is the shipment insured?
Sure Sharp Blades will provide insurance for an amount up to $50.00. Anything over that may incur an additional shipping expense.
How will I know that my blades have arrived at the Sure Sharp Blades shop?
All orders have tracking placed on the shipment. The customer is able to track the shipment online. Once Sure Sharp Blades receives the shipment an e-mail will be sent to the customer confirming their blades are at the shop.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes. Sure Sharp Blades guarantees its work. If a customer is not satisfied, Sure Sharp Blades will fix the problem. Period.
